Denver's KOAA News 5 reports on Colorado Immersive Education clubs for History & Culture

Throughout this video, they talked about high school students in La Junta working on a project virtually building Bent's Old Fort.  The club is about 20 students from La Junta high school and Ontero Junior College.  The students are building the game mine craft.  They built the fort because anyone in the world can go and look at the fort virtually online.  When the students are done building this world, they will advance into a program called Autocad, they think that the project will be done in about 2 years.  The national park service supports the project and wants the next generation of students to appreciate history and start to reconnect with the site.
